Amaraanth Kitchen, our all-day restaurant, features menus inspired by local and indigenous food producers. Led by Chef Ritu Dalmia, the menu blends global culinary trends, cherished recipes, and personal travels, reflecting the philosophy of "a love letter to the well-travelled food enthusiast."  

 

Please find below the restaurant timings:

  • Breakfast: 7 am to 10.30 am
 

  • Lunch: 12 pm to 3 pm (last order at 2:45 pm)


  • Dinner: 7 pm to 11:30 pm (last order at 11 pm)

The Lab at Amaraanth celebrates Goa's rich bounty through vibrant drinks that highlight local flavours and ingredients. Its creations pay homage to the artisans and producers behind them, each telling a unique and delightful story.
